Nerf Party Rentals in Orlando: FAQ
Nerf party packages start at $275. Package 1 ($275) is pick-up at our location with 14 Nerf blasters, 14 vests, 14 safety glasses and 10 bunkers ($10 for each extra player). Package 2 ($375) adds delivery, setup and pickup. Package 3 ($550) is the full Nerf Wars experience: 15–20 blasters with vests and glasses, 14 bunkers, two staff members running the games, photos and video, and a party speaker with music. Final pricing can vary by party length, location and add-ons.

Packages 2 and 3 include delivery, setup and pickup with clear instructions. Package 3 adds two staff members who run the Nerf battles and keep the kids playing safely the whole time.
Standard Nerf rentals run 2–4 hours. Full-day and multi-day rentals are also available for bigger events.
Yes. Every player gets safety glasses and a vest, and all blasters and gear are cleaned and inspected before each party. We go over the rules before the first round.

We bring Nerf parties to Orlando, Windermere, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Winter Garden, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, DeLand and nearby Central Florida cities.
Yes! We set up in backyards, parks, schools, churches and community centers. You just need an open, fairly flat area for the bunkers.
Parties at a home usually don't need one, and there's no insurance charge. Many parks, churches, schools and event facilities require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before outside vendors can set up. If yours does, let us know when you book and send us the venue's name and contact, and we'll get the certificate for you. Insurance companies usually charge $120–$150 to issue one. We'll help offset that cost by giving you another event, if we can.
If the weather makes it unsafe to play, we'll help you reschedule at no extra cost or offer a partial refund, depending on whether setup has started.
